Beschreibung
Die Cometic MLS-Dichtung besteht aus drei bis fünf Lagen Edelstahl. Cometic verwendet Edelstahl für erhöhte Festigkeit, Rückstellvermögen und Korrosionsbeständigkeit. Die äußeren Lagen der Dichtung sind geprägt und beidseitig mit Viton-Gummi beschichtet, das den Anforderungen einer Vielzahl rauer Dichtungsumgebungen, Belastungsbedingungen und Oberflächenbeschaffenheiten gerecht wird. Die Viton-Beschichtung ist hitzebeständig bis 250 °C bzw. 482 °F.
