APR 22-26 Volkswagen GTI (MK8) Roll-Control Lowering Springs - Red

Most lowering springs make a car look lower and feel stiffer, then call it handling. APR Roll-Control Lowering Springs were developed the other way around. We built and tested several iterations on the track and the street to find a ride height and spring rate combination that genuinely improves how the GTI drives, without the crashing, bouncing and bottoming out that ruin a daily driver.

• Lowers the GTI 22 mm (0.87 in) front and 29 mm (1.14 in) rear, closing the factory wheel gap for an aggressive, balanced stance
• Proper ride height pairing keeps dampers out of the bump stops, so the car does not crash or bottom out over rough roads
• Dual-rate design behaves as a single-rate linear spring under normal driving loads for predictable, consistent handling
• Increases spring rate 36% front (274 lbs/in) and 50% rear (420 lbs/in) to cut body roll and sharpen turn-in
• Track and street tested through multiple iterations to stay comfortable on the street, not just stiff
• High-tensile chrome silicon steel resists sagging and fatigue for long-term ride height consistency
• Direct plug-and-play replacement for the factory springs, works with DCC and non-DCC OEM dampers
